Our Leadership
Brad Dwin spent more than a decade on the front lines of the housing crisis, working in the non-profit space. Brad worked with all major lenders and mortgage servicers (Bank of America, Chase, Citi, Nationstar, Ocwen, Wells Fargo and dozens of others) on providing foreclosure prevention solutions to homeowners across the United States. He has also worked with several national and local non-profit housing organizations (HomeFree USA, NID-HCA, NHS of Chicago, ClearPoint, Springboard, Urban League of Broward County & others) on improving their operations and assisting at-risk homeowners.
From 2008 – 2016, he led consumer mortgage assistance events for the HOPE NOW Alliance in more than 70 cities, which saw approximately 120,000 homeowners receive much needed help. Brad also worked directly with community leaders on neighborhood stabilization issues and community development initiatives in cities such as Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Bernardino and St. Louis.
Brad has been interviewed by numerous national and local media outlets, plus he has been a speaker/subject matter expert at housing conferences, community round tables and Congressional briefings.
He founded Dwin Property Group in 2016 as a service to homeowners, developers and investors across the state of Maryland with a passion for creating vibrant, sustainable and livable communities.
